Shipping & Handling
Shipping is always free from Lilac Daydream.
The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 7-20 business days, and 12-20 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience
You will receive a confirmation email when we have received your order.
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. We frequently work directly with international manufacturers in order to secure the best products and the best pricing (and we pass these savings on to our customers). There may be a period while products pass through customs that the tracking info goes dark for a day or two. Please rest assured that your item is still on its way and the tracking number should be back showing that your purchase is on its way.
A Note About International Shipping
As mentioned above, most of our items are shipped direct from our international manufacturers and distribution centers. We use a standard international shipping service called e-packet. E-packet is an international shipping protocol between other nations and the US Postal Service.
Please also note, that we may ship from various warehouses, so if you order more than one item (thanks!) you may receive your order in more than one delivery. You will receive an email with a tracking number for each package once your order has shipped. You can also view the status of your orders by visiting our website. Look for the "Track My Order" in the menu. You can also email us support@lilacdaydream.com and we can personally give you an update.
Our shipping times are given as an estimate and are subject to change.
Shipping times may be longer due to customs clearance, public holidays and weather.
It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active in the system. If the information has not appeared on the website, please try again later. After it has appeared, It is not uncommon for 2-3 weeks (e-packet only), to go by until your tracking number updates again with an expected delivery date.

If there is any delay in the above process we will contact you to discuss the issue. Feel free to inquire if you have any questions and a support staff member will get back to you within 1-2 Business Days. We are a small business, aspiring towards growth, we ask for your patience during the processing and delivery period.
Order Cancellation/Change:
All orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once we have processed and shipped your order, we cannot cancel or alter it.
